Introduction
What sets Auriens apart from many other communities is our unique integration with Draycott Nursing & Care, a subsidiary of the Auriens Group, ensuring greater continuity and personalised support.

At Auriens, we understand that maintaining your independence is a top priority. That’s why we are proud to collaborate with Draycott Nursing & Care. Residents in the area may already be familiar with Draycott who have been distinguished providers of nurse-led care in Kensington and Chelsea for over 27 years.

Draycott goes beyond typical home care services by offering tailored care packages designed and overseen by an experienced team of registered nurses. Their dedication toongoing nurse supervision also means that care plans are regularly reviewed and updated, ensuring that as health conditions evolve, the level of care adapts to meet those changes.

While not every resident may currently require care, the support offered by Auriens and Draycott's special integration provides peace of mind for both residents and their families. From companionship to enhanced care packages, we are committed to ensuring that assistance is always readily available, should the need arise.

Our in-house Wellbeing Manager and Support Coordinator, Andrew, plays a pivotal role in this integrated approach. He collaborates closely with Draycott and our our health and fitness partners to ensure that you are not just a resident but that you're part of a community where your wellbeing is our top priority. Andrew is dedicated to residents, engaging as much or as little as they choose. During an initial General Wellbeing Check, he discusses each resident's health, wellbeing, and welfare as they arrive. His role includes coordinating every aspect of wellbeing, from registering residents with local healthcare services to regular informal check-ins and facilitating additional care through Draycott Nursing and Care when needed.

For added reassurance, all of the Auriens team undergo training in fall awareness and safeguarding, and our on-site night concierge carer is always available to assist during the night. This extra layer of support is invaluable, especially in emergency situations. One resident expressed their gratitude, saying,

“I cannot speak highly enough about the care, service, and support you have given my sister since she moved to Auriens. You accompanied her to the hospital in emergency circumstances and then took care of all her needs until she recovered. Knowing that she was being cared for so well took an enormous burden from me, and I am so grateful for that. Her decision to move into Auriens was the best move she could have made.” Resident Family Member

In addition to our collaboration with Draycott, we partner with Kyros, a world-renowned health and fitness organisation, to offer a comprehensive range of services. These include physiotherapy, individual and group training, relaxing spa treatments, and balanced nutritional plans. Their bespoke programs are specifically designed to encourage fitness, enhance lifestyle, promote active ageing, and reverse frailty.
