Introduction
For those not heading out of town, there's much to enjoy in London this summer from alfresco dining to outdoor theatre and opera.

101 Dalmations at Regent's Park Open Air Theatre

When infamous Cruella de Vil (Kate Fleetwood) sets her sights on a new Dalmatian fur coat, there’s trouble ahead for Pongo, Perdi and their adorable litter of puppies. Supper Clubs at Chelsea Physic Garden

The Physic Garden Café is hosting a series of After Hours Supper Clubs with some of London's most exciting chefs including Will Bowlby, Ixta Belfrage, Michelin-starred Ollie Dabbous and Masterchef finalist, Steve Linney. The Supper Clubs will be hosted in the midst of the garden offering the chance to dine under the stars. The evenings start at 7pm with a chilled Aperitivo followed by a seasonal set tasting menu and also include the opportunity to meet the chefs.  13th July - 8th September 2022 www.chelseaphysicgarden.co.uk

Opera Holland Park

There's no need to leave London if you're looking for outdoor opera this summer. The 2022 season of the much-loved Opera Holland Park continues with Puccini's Margot La Rouge as well as Gilbert and Sullivan's classic HMS Pinafore. This summer also sees the UK premiere of Little Women, a new opera based on Louisa May Alcott's novel, which has received rave reviews in the States. In addition to the opera, there will also be a series of Sunday in the Park spoken word events including a Q&A with world-renowned explorer Sir Ranulph Fiennes. 21 July - 13 August www.operahollandpark.com

Summer in the Square, Sloane Square, Chelsea

Summer in the Square, the Royal Court Theatre’s Outdoor Bar & Restaurant, has returned for its third year. This summer they have collaborated with The Botanist and Côte for ‘Summer in the Square’ and have transformed the whole of Chelsea's Sloane Square into a vibrant destination for Summer al fresco dining.  The menu includes a selection of the best summer food as well as smaller sharing dishes and an extensive cocktail menu. This year, a sustainable wine offer has also been introduced and all profits go to support the Royal Court Theatre. Until October 2022 www.royalcourttheatre.com
